Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on the JD, skills, experience, and location.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate eligibility, communication skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Share job details, interview information, company/process details, and other relevant requirements with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Generate and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and follow up on interview outcomes.
• Manage offer discussions, document collection, and joining follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate status, interview feedback, selection, rejection, and joining details.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and hiring targets.
• Participate in job posting, mass mailing, database mining, and bulk candidate sourcing activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates to improve candidate engagement and joining ratios.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined TAT/SLA and company hiring guidelines. Role & responsibilities
