Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely communication with both parties throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings of applicants to determine their suitability for the role.
• Review resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition).
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems like Naukri.com or similar tools.
