HR Recruiter Collection & Recovery Hiring

Location: Noida
Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Collection & Recovery roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and recruitment drives.
• Screen and interview candidates based on process requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS and coordinate with the Operations team.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO, Collections, Recovery, Banking, or Sales hiring.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Experience in bulk/volume hiring preferred.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
