Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for factory and blue-collar manpower.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, agencies, local networks, and walk-ins.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate selection and joining formalities.
• Manage recruitment drives and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with factory management for manpower requirements.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in blue-collar/factory recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet hiring targets within timelines.
