About the Role

We are hiring freshers for an In-House Recruiter role to manage recruitment for 100xCareers’ internal hiring requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization and will get hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal positions within the company.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions through effective sourcing and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from any relevant background.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Comfortable working from office in IT Park, Chandigarh.
