Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented

HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Oleander farms, karjat.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating with candidates for various requirements.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can build their career in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the company's recruitment requirements and open positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities, eligibility and job requirements.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, communication and other eligibility criteria.
• Conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the concerned team/client.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and provide regular updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
• Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain proper records of candidate interactions, interview status and joining details.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Good follow-up skills
• Comfortable with calling and talking to candidates
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple candidates simultaneously

Pay: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
