Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Field Sales positions across various locations.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, local sourcing, consultants, and other channels.
• Manage bulk/volume hiring for field-level Technical and Sales positions.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, notice period, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, technical/functional rounds, selection, salary discussions, and offer processing.
• Coordinate with Business/Technical/Sales Managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, joining status, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates regularly to ensure joining and reduce offer dropouts.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for difficult and interior locations.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, local hiring campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives.
