Job Title: HR Recruiter IT & Non-IT

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in recruitment portals, and the ability to close multiple positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and other job portals.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, salary discussions, and joining status.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely candidate follow-ups and successful closures.

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements independently.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Experienced recruitment professionals only.
• Gender: Male / Female.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners, candidates with 15 days' notice, or up to 1 month's notice.
• Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• Location: Chennai.
