Human Resource Recruiter

*Location:* Jhandewalan, New Delhi

*Job Type:* Full-Time

*Working Days:* 5.5 Days a Week

*Timings:* 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

*Salary:* Up to 23,000 In-Hand + PF

**Immediate Hiring**

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage employee attendance and maintain HR records
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Address employee HR-related queries and concerns
• Prepare and maintain HR/MIS reports
• Track recruitment targets, joining status, and employee performance
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities

*Requirements:*

Prior **HR/Recruitment experience is mandatory**

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and candidate-handling abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/MIS

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring targets

Immediate Joiners

Candidates with prior HR/Recruitment experience or sales experience
