About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment across multiple, fast-moving client requirements. This is a consultancy environment, new requisitions come in daily, priorities shift constantly, and the ideal candidate thrives on pace, ownership, and closing positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
• Source and headhunt candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals/referral networks.
• Handle multiple open requirements simultaneously, prioritizing based on client urgency, aging positions, and business impact.
• Conduct telephonic/video screening to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients, ensuring quick turnaround.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/MIS reports.
• Negotiate compensation and drive candidates through to offer acceptance and joining.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders/clients to understand evolving requirements and adjust sourcing strategy accordingly.
• Consistently meet weekly/monthly closure targets in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on recruitment experience in non-IT hiring
• Strong hands-on expertise with Naukri and LinkedIn (Boolean search, filters, active sourcing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-based, high-pressure environment
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills comfortable juggling multiple live requirements at once
• Good negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient under pressure
