Recruitment: Source resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews.
Onboarding: Handle onboarding docs and coordination for new hires.
HR Operations: Update and maintain employee records in HR database.
Employee Support: Address basic policy and HR-related queries.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and leave management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
