Human Resource Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
• Assist in employer branding and job posting activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / MBA HR pursuing candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates residing near Punjabi Bagh or willing to travel preferred.
