Human Resource Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR Manager in recruitment activities. The intern will get hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes based on the job requirements.
• Make initial calls to candidates and understand their profile and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements.
• Support the HR team with joining and onboarding activities.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• Graduate / pursuing MBA/PGDM HR or any relevant degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from office in Chennai.
