Human Resource Recruiter Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources and want to gain practical experience in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support the HR team with other recruitment and HR-related activities.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
