Human Resource Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the hiring requirements for different positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment/HR system.
