Human Resource (Recruitment focused) Intern

About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Human Resource (Recruitment focused) Intern to join the Human Resources & Recruitment team at Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc. This is a full-time internship position based in Poblacion, Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition whilst supporting our HR department in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our organisational growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced recruitment environment and contribute meaningfully to our hiring initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with job posting creation and distribution across various recruitment platforms and channels

• Screening and reviewing CVs and application materials to identify qualified candidates

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Conducting preliminary phone or video interviews with potential candidates

• Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems

• Assisting with background checks and reference verification processes

• Preparing recruitment reports and analytics on hiring metrics and pipeline progress

• Supporting the onboarding process for newly hired employees

• Assisting with recruitment-related administrative tasks and documentation

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Genuine interest in human resources and recruitment practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also managing tasks independently
• Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines is advantageous
• Experience with social media or online networking platforms for recruitment purposes would be beneficial
