We are looking for HR Interns who would be additional support for HR Recruitment, Training and Development to ensure audit readiness and compliance. Gain deeper understanding of the back-end HR processes.

Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, major in any course related to Human Resources / Office Management / Psychology

· Must have strong attention to detail

· Strong work ethic

· Excellent English communication skills

· Can work on hybrid set-up

Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities:

· Conduct pre-audit of new hire requirements for onboarding

· Communicate with internal HR stakeholders on findings and ensure follow through

· Provide recommendations on process improvement initiatives to enhance the new hire onboarding and HR audit processes.
