Olibros Outsourcing OPC is looking for a Human Resource Specialist (Fluent in Spanish)

Position Details

• Role: Human Resources (Spanish-Speaking)
• Location: Home-Based
• Salary: PHP 40,000/month
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (with possible weekends)
• 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pay Cycle: Weekly (Every Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Create job postings based on requisitions across recruitment platforms
• Pre-qualify candidates by reviewing applications and responses
• Screen applicants and respond to inquiries
• Contact potential candidates via call, text, or email
• Send application packets through the portal
• Endorse candidates for possible cases
• Follow up on compliance updates
• Schedule applicant requirements, including:
• Drug screening
• Fingerprinting
• Central registry checks
• Track applicant compliance and availability
• Complete applicant credentialing and compliance requirements
• Conduct employment reference checks
• Process and secure employer signatures on application documents
• Complete I-9 forms
• Perform data entry in HHA Exchange (applicant and compliance records)
• Handle other HR-related tasks (Recruitment, TAS, Compliance, Case Management)

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish Language
• Reliable Computer or Laptop
• Headphone with Noise Cancellation
• Internet Speed of 30 mbps or higher
• Proficiency in English: Both speaking and writing
• Knowledgeable of Google Apps such as Gmail,Sheets and Drive
• Basic Computer Skills: Including PDF Files
• Detail Oriented with Pleasing Personality
