Location: Pune Experience: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors for various HR and administrative requirements.
• Handle offer rollouts, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR operations, employee engagement, attendance, and leave management.
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain regular follow-ups with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Candidates from Symbiosis University/Institutes are highly preferred.
