Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations and support key activities.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding (job postings, interviews, orientations).
• Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries.
• Manage employee relations, including performance support and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and conduct basic data analysis.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with management on HR policy improvement and implementation.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR roles (experience as a specialist or related role is an advantage).
• Willing to work onsite in Lipa, Batangas.
