Human Resource Specialist

Job Summary

Duties

• Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and UltiPro to ensure accurate data collection, entry, and reporting.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft to source, screen, and interview candidates efficiently.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries promptly, facilitating communication between staff and management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• Oversee payroll processing using platforms such as ADP or Kronos to guarantee timely and accurate compensation delivery.
• Drive training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills through effective project management and change management techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects involving data collection, reporting, and system upgrades to optimize HR operations.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives related to human resources management (HRM), employee engagement, and organizational development.

Experience

• Proven experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition tools including ATS systems like Lever or iCIMS.
• Strong background in payroll administration using ADP or Kronos systems.
• Experience managing HR projects with a focus on change management and process improvement.
• Familiarity with human resources management practices including employee relations, recruiting, training & development.
• Prior administrative experience involving data entry, data collection, interviewing, and HR sourcing activities.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $43,966.29-$111,555.93 per year
