Human Resource Staff

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Staff to join PT Kahar Duta Sarana in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. As a Human Resource Staff member, you will be instrumental in delivering essential HR services, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative and operational support to the HR department across recruitment, employee relations, and payroll functions
• Assisting with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes
• Processing and maintaining employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Supporting the coordination of employee benefits programmes, leave management, and time and attendance tracking
• Facilitating employee induction and orientation programmes to ensure new staff are effectively integrated into the organisation
• Assisting with the preparation of HR reports, policies, and procedures documentation
• Providing general HR support to employees, responding to inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace matters
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
• Supporting compliance activities related to employment law, data protection, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in a human resources or administrative support role, ideally within a consulting or generalist HR environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems

• A thorough understanding of Indonesian employment law, labour regulations, and HR best practices

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry

• Professional demeanour with a customer-service orientation towards internal and external stakeholders

• Preferred experience: Previous experience in recruitment support, employee relations, or payroll administration
