Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Management or related field from reputable university.
• Min. 2 years of experience in HR, preferably from Financial Services / Manufacturing / Heavy Equipments.
• Min. 2 years experience in Recruitment / Payroll / Reward & Benefit
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel, ATS concept and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and BPJS administration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a working language for professional communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential data with integrity.
• High achiever and eager to learn new things.

Your Role & Responsibility

Payroll / Compensation, Reward & Benefit

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Conduct job evaluation and salary benchmarking using local and industry-specific compensation data.
• Maintain and update salary structure, job grades, and pay ranges to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Manage annual performance-based salary adjustments, merit increases, and incentive/bonus calculations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and employment regulations, including BPJS and PPh 21 requirements

Recruitment Operation

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and interview scheduling
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate candidate records
