• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationshipsand collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
