Human Resource Staff

Position Overview:

The HR Staff will support the HR Department in day-to-day operations, assisting the HR Head in various administrative and HR-related tasks. The role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants).
• Help with onboarding and processing new hire requirements.
• Maintain employee records and ensure documents are complete and updated.
• Assist in preparing HR memos, notices, and other internal communications.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, and daily time records (DTR).
• Support HR Head in implementing policies, guidelines, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR concerns.
• Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. (Fresh grads are welcome)
• With or without experience (training will be provided).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision and handle instructions efficiently.
• Willing to start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
