HR Staff – Recruitment

iServe360 Corp. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Staff – Recruitment to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Post job vacancies through online recruitment platforms and social media.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant databases.
• Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and other sourcing activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with OJT/internship experience in an HR or Human Resource department are preferred.
• Preferably with a background or interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to various business units when required.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
