Human Resources (HR) – Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for managing employees and supporting the company’s workforce. HR helps ensure that the company hires the right people, maintains good employee relations, and follows proper workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring – Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in hiring qualified applicants.
• Employee Onboarding – Prepare requirements and assist new employees during their first days at work.
• Employee Records – Maintain and update employee files, contracts, attendance, and other HR documents.
• Payroll & Benefits Support – Coordinate with payroll regarding salaries, deductions, leave, government benefits, and other employee concerns.
• Employee Relations – Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues professionally.
• Company Policies – Help implement and explain company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Performance Management – Assist with employee evaluations, performance monitoring, and development.
• Training & Development – Help organize training programs and activities to improve employees’ skills.
• Attendance & Leave Monitoring – Track attendance, tardiness, absences, and leave applications.
• Compliance – Help ensure that the company follows applicable labor laws and regulations.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
