Human Resource Staff

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, files and other confidential HR documents.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR forms, memoranda and other personnel-related documents.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications and timekeeping records.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees.
• Help implement company policies, rules and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations and company activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR records.
• Assist with other human resource tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year college course, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good organizational, coordination and time-management skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets and Drive).
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee records management and basic HR processes is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, professional and capable of handling confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite at the Don Antonio branch in Quezon City.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
