Human Resource Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment and Selection – Assist in sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Training and Development – Assist in identifying training needs, coordinating training schedules, preparing training materials, and maintaining training records.
• Records Management – Maintain, update, and organize employee 201 files and other HR documents while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Performance Management – Assist in administering employee performance evaluations, monitoring submission deadlines, consolidating evaluation results, and maintaining performance records.
• Employee Exit Management – Assist in processing employee resignations, exit interviews, clearance requirements, and other separation-related documentation.
• General HR Support – Provide administrative and operational support for HR programs, employee engagement activities, policy implementation, and other HR-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course.
• Preferably with experience in Human Resources; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willing to learn, work collaboratively, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
