Human Resource Staff

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, HR interviews, and offer management.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment activities.
• Manage employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support the administration of employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other workforce-related records.
• Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs.
• Maintain and analyze HR data, including manpower, turnover, recruitment progress, attendance, and other HR metrics.
• Support the implementation of employee learning, development, and performance improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Staff or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR administration.
• Familiarity with employee training and development programs is an advantage.
• Experienced in utilizing recruitment platforms and job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under deadlines and targets.
• High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
