We are hiring! Human Resource Personnel- Training Department

Location: Don Roces, Diliman Quezon City

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, job offers, and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain employee and recruitment records.
• Assist with attendance, employee concerns, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and attendance records.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, and participants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, education or related course.
• With HR/recruitment experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site and support recruitment activities.
• Willing to do field work if needed.
