Human Resource / Staffing Coordinator

Preferred Care at Wall is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to support hiring and staffing operations in our nursing home. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating staff to ensure quality resident care.

Responsibilities include:

• Full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (CNAs, LPNs, RNs, dietary, housekeeping, and administrative staff)
• Screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with NJ and federal regulations
• Partnering with department heads to meet staffing needs
• Utilizing Recruitment platforms
• Ensure the nursing department is adequately staffed each day with the required number of licensed personnel to remain compliant with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Long-term care or nursing home experience strongly desired
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare compliance
