Human Resource Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in Industrial Relations.
• Experienced in handling labor unions, PKB, employee grievances, and labor disputes.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Laws.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
• Manufacturing/automotive experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Desc:

• Handle Industrial Relations, labor union, PKB, and employee relations matters.
• Manage payroll, BPJS, attendance, and overtime.
• Review and control overtime and labor costs.
• Supervise HR Staff and daily HR operations.
• Coordinate with Disnaker when required.

Note: Permanent employment (PKWTT), subject to a 3-month probation period.
