HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

The successful candidate shall be responsible in the supervision of HR Programs specifically Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations,  Rewards and Discipline; ensuring that programs are executed and delivered correctly and accurately according to timelines.

Qualifications:

1.  Graduate of Psychology or BSBA in Human Resource Management

2.  With experience in handling an HR team

3.  Knowledgeable in labor laws, recruitment and handling disciplinary actions

4.  Good communication skills -  oral and written

5.  Well-versed in counseling methods

6.  Can lead by example and exhibit integrity in all dealings
