Human Resource Trainee

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Coordinate joining formalities and maintain employee documentation. 3. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift details.

Assist in monthly payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, incentives etc.

Maintain employee personal files, HRIS, and confidential records. 6. Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and other management reports.

Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.

Support HR audits, ISO documentation, and compliance activities.

Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
