Job Details

• Location: Kurla, Mumbai (Nearest Railway Station: Vidyavihar West)

• Agreement Period: 2 years

• Experience: Fresher or candidates with 02 months of HR/Recruitment internship experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Source and shortlist candidates through various job portals.
• Schedule interviews with stakeholders and coordinate follow-ups.
• Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents.
• Support the employee onboarding process, including document collection, verification, and joining formalities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
