Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable HR Trainer / Faculty to train students in Human Resource Management and practical HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach HRM concepts and functions.
• Provide training in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Explain payroll basics, HR documentation, and employee management.
• Teach labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Prepare training materials and conduct assessments.
• Guide students in HR interview preparation and career development.

Requirements:

• MBA in HR or a relevant qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
