Human Resources Admin

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee records, files, and HR documents
• Assist with recruitment, applicant screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
• Conduct employee orientation and assist with HR requirements
• Monitor attendance, leave, DTR, and employee records
• Assist in preparing and checking payroll, including salaries, deductions, allowances, and other payroll-related information
• Verify attendance and DTR records to ensure accurate payroll computation
• Check payroll discrepancies and coordinate corrections when necessary
• Prepare HR and payroll reports, memos, and other documents
• Assist employees with HR and payroll-related concerns
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and payroll information
• Support company policies and daily HR operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• With HR/Admin and payroll experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance monitoring
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
