ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Upper North Shore Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in the operation of the Human Resources function of Council.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and P&C leadership team, managing general HR administrative duties and demonstrating a high level of customer service across Council and for external stakeholders. Exciting project upcoming for you to play a key role in.

DUTIES.

• Uploading documents to the internal document management system
• Day-to-day compiling, filing and processing HR documents/letters
• Ad-hoc assistance to the HR Business Partner as required
• Answering enquiries by internal and external stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and positive attitude/demeanour

REMUNERATION.$50 - $65 p/h + Superannuation CULTURE.
