Human Resources Administrator

We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to support HR operations at a manufacturing/insulation plant in Kansas City, KS .

📌 Position: HR Administrator

📍 Location: Kansas City, KS

💼 Job Type: Full-Time Contract

⏳ Duration: 4–6 months, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records, HR files, and I-9 documentation
• Support new hire processing, onboarding, and orientation
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment testing
• Assist employees with benefits, direct deposit, and HR-related inquiries
• Support weekly hourly payroll and daily timecard management through UKG
• Create and administer employee badges
• Track and report HR metrics
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Provide administrative support to Training & Development
• Partner with recruiters and plant leadership on staffing needs

Qualifications:

✅ High School Diploma required

✅ 2–3 years of HR experience preferred

✅ Manufacturing experience preferred

✅ Payroll/UKG experience strongly preferred

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook

✅ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to handle confidential employee information

✅ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
