Human Resources Administrator

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate for this role can be part time or work flexible hours.
  
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing efficient and effective administration support services to the business
• Data maintenance and record keeping in our HRIS systems including HR Onboard, JobAdder, myHR eLearning and Chris21
• Preparation and issuing of contracts of employment, transfer letters, termination paperwork as required
• Support with pre-employment processes such as arranging medicals, references, police checks, verification of work rights etc
• Assist with any eLearning support queries

About You

• Experience in Administrative roles
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Displays initiative with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
