Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator provides support to the Human Resources team and recruiting support to management across the organizations.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing applications and screening applicants

• Assisting with orientation administrative tasks (making folders, assembling Welcome Kits)

• Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

• Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately

• Providing clerical support to the HR department

• Performing other duties as assigned

• High School Education

• Two or more years’ experience in an administrative support role, with preference given to a Human Resources focus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, and the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applicationAbility to maintain confidential information

• Ability to maintain confidential information
