Nantwich / Crewe | Site Based 4 days Home 1 day | £34,000–£36,000 | 12-Month Fixed Term

This is a great opportunity to join a busy food manufacturing business as an HR Administrator, supporting the local HR team across two sites in Nantwich and Crewe.

What will you be doing?

• Providing day-to-day HR administration and maintaining employee records
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and absence processes
• Coordinating training and development activities
• Helping deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Supporting HR reporting, audits and compliance
• Assisting with performance management processes
• Improving HR processes and the employee experience
• Getting involved in HR projects and events

You'll work closely with an established HR team, giving you plenty of exposure to generalist HR and the chance to develop your experience.

• Someone with HR, People or administration experience who wants to take the next step.
• Ideally operating in a fast-paced environment like food & beverage, manufacturing, logistics etc.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Comfortable working with data and reporting
• A strong communicator with a practical approach
• Proactive, curious and willing to learn
• Calm under pressure and comfortable in a busy environment
