Human Resources Administrator

ACCPRO have partnered with a attractive semi-state organisation to recruit for a HR Administrator. This role is for a minimum 2 years FTC , based in the City Centre on a hybrid basis. Salary guide €35-45k DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with recruitment, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, letters and employee correspondence.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Support leave, attendance, payroll and pension administration.
• Assist with HR reporting, training coordination, meetings and projects.
• Respond to routine HR queries and escalate issues where necessary.
• Handle confidential employee information appropriately.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A professional, proactive and team-focused approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desirable:

• A qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with HR systems, recruitment, onboarding or payroll administration.
