Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of employee master data – Transfers, Termination, Change of manager etc
• Managing of contract renewals
• Issuing renewal of contracts and update data in HR system for payroll purposes
• Handling of queries from HRBP and assist HRBPs on the request for data changes for employees
• Provide other day-to-day HR administrative support.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in HR / Business Administration
• At least 1 year of HR work experience
• Knowledge of maintenance of employee master data
• Good English Communication skills
