Your role in our family:

• Bring our wellbeing programme to life, covering physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing
• Be a visible, approachable presence across every department
• Manage sickness absence, return-to-work and reasonable adjustments with empathy and in line with employment law
• Coach managers and team members on performance, conduct and career development
• Handle grievances, disciplinaries and conflict resolution fairly and in line with policy and employment law
• Help develop HR policies and procedures that meet employment law, brand and industry standards
• Look after our HR systems and data integrity, supported by the HR Coordinator

What we're looking for

• Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance, and how to apply it in practice
• Confidence managing employee relations cases with fairness, empathy and discretion
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus experience using HR systems
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Great attention to detail, with strong planning, time management and follow-through
• The ability to juggle a varied workload in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and positive
• A flexible, open-minded approach, including to working hours, and a genuine willingness to learn
• A warm, visible style that builds trust with colleagues at every level

Hospitality experience would be a real advantage, but it's your service mindset that matters most.
