You’ll handle day-to-day HR queries, support casework and work collaboratively to deliver a positive employee experience.

• Supporting flexible working requests, reasonable adjustments and occupational health referrals.
• Preparing letters, taking meeting notes and maintaining accurate case records.
• Answering routine HR queries and escalating more complex matters.
