This is a varied role offering exposure across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Responding to HR and payroll-related enquiries from employees and leaders
- Supporting employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes and performance management

- Preparing contracts, variation documentation and employee changes
- Maintaining accurate employee and position information within HR systems
- Supporting visa compliance, employee benefits and exit processes
- Participating in HR projects, process improvement, automation and standardisation initiatives
You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR specialists while building trusted relationships with leaders and employees across the organisation.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You’ll be a confident HR professional who enjoys balancing employee support, stakeholder management and operational delivery. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Approximately 2–3 years’ experience in a comparable HR generalist or advisory role
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, employment law and applicable awards
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance matters
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and administration capabilities
- Exposure to project management, process mapping or continuous improvement
- A strong customer-service mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across a broader HR team

You’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of employee relations and generalist matters, partner with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful process-improvement initiatives.
For an HR professional looking to build depth beyond transactional support, this role offers the opportunity to develop capability across employee relations, HR operations, stakeholder advisory and continuous improvement.
