We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team based in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with managers and employees across our nationwide business, providing practical and commercial HR advice in a fast-paced and diverse environment

About your new role:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, learning and development, policy guidance, and employment documentation. This role is required on a part-time basis for 3 days a week.

What you’ll need to succeed:

»      Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role

»      Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practice

»      Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills

»       Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

»      Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

»      High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

»      Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems
