Human Resources & Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Key personnel for the front office & provide overall support for Retail Rank & File employees.

• Answer incoming, attend to call enquiries & direct calls accordingly
• Handle hotel reservations & flight booking for office meetings
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for island-wide Retail position : job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, reference checks, approvals, and offer letters
• Coordinate employee onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and exit processes
• Maintain accurate Retail Rank & File records
• Timekeeping for Retail Rank & File staff
• Support training programs, Retail Rank & File performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with Philippines Labour Laws and Data Privacy regulations.
• Assist in daily HR activities, including staff engagement, administrative and operational support.
• Any ad hoc assignment

Qualifications:

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in local recruitment and HR administration
• Knowledge of Philippines labor laws and statutory benefits
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
